I bought this soap a few weeks back and it was shipped really fast. I have been using it to bath everyday and it has been amazing. I feel soo clean after using it

Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery 

All item purchase will be dispatched within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment (Monday - Friday).

Jewelries are not returnable due to health and safety policy. 

All orders are dispatched on fully tracked services via Royal Mail “Tracked 48" for UK deliveries and International “Tracked & Signed”, “International Tracked” for International Deliveries.

Expected Delivery Times After Dispatch

UK – 2 to 3 Working days

Europe – 5 to 7 working Days

Worldwide – 10 to 15 working Days

In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.

If an item is out of stock, we will aim to contact you within 5 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

Majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed.

For products returned to us by courier due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or there is failure to collect the parcel after attempted delivery, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only. In these cases, unfortunately we will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be paid for by the customer.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then its our responsible ensure full refund or replacement.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels therefore we cannot pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledgement of payment.
We may have to e-mail or telephone you if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
Once the order has been dispatched you'll be sent another e-mail with the dispatched information. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know as soon as possible

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and no smear of perfume. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return you can contact us at info@emiconnects.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Jewelry, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the orders and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund.  You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 14 days after receiving your item (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order).
Please take reasonable care of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible
